Default Comparing 2 lists to display only records in 1 but not in both lis

Hi,

Using Excel 2003 and 2007....Is there a quick way to compare two separate,
large, but similar data lists together and display only those rows (records)
that are in one of the two lists but not in another?

for example:

Data List 1:
Name, Dept
Smith, Accounting
Jones, Sales
Robinson, Shipping

Data List 2:
Name, Dept
Smith, Accounting
Jones, Sales

So I could easily see that the record "Robinson, Shipping" was in list 1 but
not in list 2.

thank you very much

Craig
