I have overwritten an excel file. Is there anyway to go back to that first
version of the file? |

Katherine
Only if you have it backed up some place. Did you email it? Move it to another machine via flash drive, CD, floppy, intranet? Was it saved to a server? Other than a back up, once it is overwritten it is gone! Sorry! Mike Rogers "Katherine" wrote: I have overwritten an excel file. Is there anyway to go back to that first version of the file? |

Probably not, unless you have a backup of the file or have a shadow-copy
turned on. Any chance you e-mailed the file to anybody as an attachment - thus an older copy might be in your Sent Items folder? -- -Ben- Ben M.
