"Symbol" menu. Here's how to access it:
- Click on the cell where you want to insert the symbol.
- Go to the "Insert" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
- Click on the "Symbol" button in the "Symbols" group.
- In the drop-down menu, select "More Symbols."
- In the "Symbol" dialog box, select "Wingdings" or "Wingdings 2" from the "Font" drop-down menu.
- Scroll down the list of symbols until you find the telephone, fax, or email symbol you want to use.
- Click on the symbol to select it, and then click the "Insert" button to add it to your worksheet.
Alternatively, you can use keyboard shortcuts to insert these symbols. For example, to insert the telephone symbol, you can press
on your keyboard. This will insert the symbol into the active cell.
