Default Conditional Formatting in Excel 2007

Hi all

I am trying to apply conditional formatting a column of figures as follows:

If the contents of cell B1 are greater than the contents of cell A1 then
display content in Red.
If the contents of cell B1 are less than the contents of cell A1 then
display content in Blue.

That bit is easy :-) but I am having a problem applying the formatting to a
range of cells, i.e. B2:B20. Do I have to apply it to all cells individually?

Not sure how to progress so I would really appreciate a little help.

Thanks
