Default Linked Cells

I've got an extensive excel sheet that is being used to track efficiency
and planning for my company. There are about 60 orders on the one side of
the sheet that are order numbers. By using a click box macro, specific sales
orders are linked to a seperate area on the sheet to the truck making the
delivery. These orders and put into the truck area in the order they are
entered on the sales sheet. There is a macro sorting these orders by
numbering them. My problem comes with second run orders, when an order is
assigned to a truck for second run, this sales order can push it's way into
the middle of the first run sales orders depending on the order it is on the
sales sheet. For example:
Truck 14 delivers orders #1, #2, #4 and #5 in that order for first run, the
orders are sorted and the times are generated. When order #3 is clicked for
truck 14, this order will push it's way in between #2 and #4 on the truck
order because it was entered into the spreadsheet between them. Is there a
way to have this order linked to the truck side of the sheet and get appended
to the END of the order??

Afternoon Godsunclevic,
This sounds intriguing and difficult without the actual example. My
initial thought would be just arrange the orders on the truck by entry
time, not by number. If you don't mind, send me the excel spreadsheet
and I'll take a look at it after work.
