Default The button on my tool bar won't display

I want to add the Mail Recipient button to the toolbar. I went to add
buttons, customize and dragged it up to the toolbar. At that point it
appears on the toolbar where I added it. However, when I click close it
disappears. I have tried to add it to the file menu, to a customized toolbar
and several other items, but I can't make it stay.

I need to send an e-mail, but I only want to send the current sheet as the
body of the message, not attach the entire file to the e-mail. The Mail
Recipient button is the only way I know how, but it's not there...
