Default link check boxes in multiple cells

I have a workbook with 5 worksheets. Each worksheet has check boxes (using
format toolbar) in the same cells. If one check box in the same cell is
checked on the first 4 worksheets, I want the corresponding checkbox on
worksheet 5 to be checked automatically. Thanks.

You can do what you ask by linking both check boxes to the sames cell. Right
click the check box and select Format Control... On the Control Tab select a
cell (Sheet1 A1 for example). Do this for both check boxes. Your controls are
now linked by the common cell.
