Pivot Table
I am working on a Pivot Table in which I am trying to add another column.
Whenever, I add the column it goes to the right. So I go into the Pivot Table Field List and select "Move to Values" which moves it to the right where I want it. However, in the Column Heading instead of "FY 2008", it has "Count FY 2008". Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the count? Appreciate any help that you can provide. -- Django |

Did you try going into the cell with the column heading, right clicking the
mouse, going to Field settings, and changing the "custom name" field to the name you want? "Django" wrote: I am working on a Pivot Table in which I am trying to add another column. Pivot Table
That is easy enough, however, instead of bringing in the data in the fields
it seems to be counting them. -- Django "Gregzilla" wrote: Did you try going into the cell with the column heading, right clicking the mouse, going to Field settings, and changing the "custom name" field to the name you want? Pivot Table
If you go to field settings you should see three options: automatic, none,
and custom in Subtotals & Filters tab. Select custom and you should be able to change it from count.
