Default Take values for Query from Sheet

I have a query with variables for the user to enter. However, the query has 5
or statements in it so the user has to enter the same values 5 times.

I also have a similar report I wrote some time ago that when a certain cell
changed it would run the query, taking the variable values from specific
cells. Unfortunately I can't remember how I did it, and we have now moved to
2007.

Can someone remind me please.
