Below is a piece of a pivot table
On 1/3/2008 Angie processed 13 items from two numbers 41016 and 41231 However to get the two on line 1/3/2008, I created a "helper column" that had the general formula of =1/SUMPRODUCT(--($A$6784:$A$16784=A6865),--($C$6784:$C$16784=C6865),--($H$6784:$H$16784=H6865)) This works but my question is this. Is there functionality within pivot tables that would identify and show for any person on any day how many different numbers appear on that day. In the table below the correct answer is 2 not 13. It would be nice that the two "1"'s that curretnly appear for the 41016 and 41231 would not even show up. Name Group Test Angie 594 260 1/3/2008 13 2 41016 9 1 41231 4 1 I hope this is clear. -- Wag more, bark less |
