I can't open a single file in Excel now without a permanent, and I mean
PERMANENT dialogue box stating that I need to either perform a spell check (current files) or that the spell check is complete for the entire sheet (blank worksheet/workbook). Even if it's complete I click 'ok' and the dialogue box will not go away. This seems like a virus but I've scanned the entire computer as well as Excel.exe and there is nothing detected. Has anyone ever been essentially handcuffed and locked out of the entire program & somehow been able to solve this bug? |
