Default 2008 to 2007 - How can I find the extremities of a worksheet?

I am trying to save a 2008 excel file to be compatible.....

I have written most of the work book myself but there are 4 worksheets
by another. I get a compatibility issue and the sheet causes below
2008 to crash when opening..(previously the whole book worked fine
before the other person helped)

Any ideas how I can easily detect anything beyond the 16,384X1,048,576
of 2007...

Its been a long day and I am looking for a quick fix

Thanks in advance

Matthew
