Default transfer formulas/formats from 2007 workbook to a new 2008 workboo

I want to transfer the formulas and formats, not data, from 2007 workbook to
a new 2008 workbook. I don't want to lose/delete my 2007 workbook since i
will be using it into 2008.

jodsbug,

"2007" refers to the version of Excel, not the date of usage or when the files can be used. Excel
95 still works fine, er, as well as it ever did....
