Default Scheduling Employees

I have approximately 20 employees and need to find an easy template that will
allow me to enter the employees names down the left column and the days of
the week across the top. I want to be able to note their scheduled lunch
breaks and also be able to calculate their total hours and the total ammount
of hours that all employees will be scheduled throughout the day. I am
scheduling 2 departments and have fiddled around with excel until it has
driven me mad. Really need some help. A template url would be excellent.
All of the ones that I have found on the website so far have not been too
helpful (most templates only deal with individual employees) I need this to
be the main schedule that will be posted so that the employees know when to
come in for their shifts.

Please help.

Hi Steve
Have a look at this website, you should be able to find something you can
use and modify to your needs.
If you need held with functions or formulas just post back, someone will
gladly help you.
