When I open a workbook I am informed that the file contains external links
and whether I want to update or not? I have tried many times to: 1. Open the file without updating; 2. Break links by Edit Links Selecting the link and breaking the same; The problem is that neither the link breaks/removes nor does such an external file, as referred to in the break links dialogue box, abc.xls, is found by Ctrl+F selecting the search for the whole workbook. Thus, again leading to the same painful alert coming up every time I re-open the same file. What should I do? Please help. Thanx In Advance, Best Regards, FARAZ A. QURESHI |
