I have seen this done but wasn't available when the steps involved were
discussed. All I can remember of what I did catch was I believe the Indirect function might have been used. In the example I saw, there was a named range on one tab and on another tab, there was a cell with a data validation list that reference the named range in such a manner that when the drop down box was clicked the list displayed the contents of the entire named range. Would anyone happen to know how this was done? Thank you! -- Constance |

Just using a named range for the other tab should be sufficient for what you
