Default Data always hidden on open (excel 2007)

I have a spreadsheet that returns rows from a SQL view (ODBC and MS Query)

Every time I open the spreadsheet, the data rows are hidden. Or if I filter
the rows, I have to clear the text filter, unhide all rows, and then start
over.

Is this a bug? Or a setting?

Thanks in advance
