I've added a new Custom Format 00000000 it ensure that Leading Zeros are
shown on product codes. How can I get this Format to be available on all my
worksheets? It is used every day.

With a new workbook, create that custom format.

Then save that workbook as Book.xlt in the startuppath (you can find this by
typing ?Application.StartupPath in the VBIDE immediate window).
