Default Keeping a history of projects

Hi all.

I have recently posted a question on how to set up a master sheet to
different designers, that worked thanks all who assisted. Now I need some
help on how to keep a history of all projects that is entered into all the
sheets.
there should be a link on all the different sheets to a word document that
keeps a record of all sheets including master. A history of all the work to
say it that way.

Thanks..hope this make sense...
