How do I print the headers of each column at the top w/o printing the row
numbers on the left hand side and the ABCs at the top?

File-Page Setup-Sheet and uncheck the "Row and Column Headings" box....

Under Page Setup - Sheet - Select the Rows to repeat at top or
Select the Cols to repeat at left
