Default How to change the cell value if there is any word exist in that ce

Dear All,

I have worksheet and I want to change the values of all that cells which
contain a specified word with any other word. e.g.

A
Ignition off
GPS Ignition off
Route Ignition off
Time Ignition off
Driving
Excess Idle
Start

I want to change all the cell values to Ignition off if any cell contain
Ignition off with any other word. To delete the other word and keep the
Ignition off in cell.

Thanks in Advance

Hassan

Just like MS Word, you use "Search and Replace" to accomplish the edit you
describe below.
Simply highlight the column with the data and then locate your "Search and
Replace" option. ("Search and Replace" is located in different places
depending upon Excel version. Use HELP to locate it in your version if
needed.)

This is a very handy, re-usable skill (Search and Replacein Excel). I use
it every week in the normal course of work.
