Default repeating columns containing rows going beyond the repeated column

excel 2003

I want to repeat column A, B...but I have some rows(say row 16, 17?...not
header row) merged across A to D in the repeating column. When I print them
page 1 looks fine but from page 2, what is on C, D of row 16, 17 are not
repeated. Is there a way to repeat the whole merged cell? Thank you.
