Hi there Sai
Hope this will help; On the menu select TOOLS, then OPTIONS, on the next pop up window find the EDIT TAB, then make sure that the ALLOW CELL DRAG AND DROP checkbox is enabled. Select OK or APPLY when done. Good luck... "Sai Krishna" wrote: Hi, I am unable to drag a cell down. I have checked automatic under tools, options, calculations. When you have a few minutes spare time, browse through the ToolsOptions Tabs
You will see all kinds of things that affect your functionality. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Mon, 23 Jun 2008 02:11:00 -0700, Sai Krishna wrote: Hi Mark, thanks a ton. I'm so glad I read this, as I was having the same problem. Is there a way to
do this for the entire Excel application, rather than file by file? It seems all of my excel files have lost this ability. Thanks, bjb55 "Markv" wrote: Hi there Sai Hope this will help; On the menu select TOOLS, then OPTIONS, on the next pop up window find the EDIT TAB, then make sure that the ALLOW CELL DRAG AND DROP checkbox is enabled.
