Our boss wanted the report that shows the total for the last 12 months so
that each month when I add in a new month, it will drop the first month and rerun the 12-month total with newly added month. For instance, in May, my total runs from June 07 to May 08. Next month when I add June total in, I want the 12-month total only run from July 07 to June 08, but I still want to keep June 07 data in the table. I hope explained enough. Help! Thanks, ml |
