Default Privacy Warning: when trying to save

I am gettin a Privacy Warning when I try to save a spreadhsheet. It notes
that the spreadsheet may have ActiveX Controls, XML Expansion pack or Web
Components.

However I cannot find any existence of these items. How do I definatively
check to see if these items exist?

Thanks
