Default Move/Copy sheet to another workbook error

I am using Excel 2007 and want to move a sheet from one workbook to another
workbook and I keep getting this error message:

Excel cannot insert the sheet into the destination workbook, because it
contains fewer rows and columns than the source workbook. To move or copy
the data to the destination workbook, you can select the data, and then use
the Copy and Paste commands to insert it into the sheets of another workbook.

Why do I get this message? I don't want to copy & paste my sheet cause then
I have to re-format me sheet how I had it in the other workbook. Can anyone
tell me how to get passed this?

Thank you,
