Excel 2000 ... Earlier today I saw a spread sheet that
had what appeared to be a Filter Switch in a Cell. When cell with switch selected ... switch listed 2 values to choose from (Y or N) ... In addition, as different cells (requiring same Y or N value) were selected the switch moved to selected cell. Above said ... how is this all accomplished as I wish to replicate this capability on another spread sheet? Thanks ... Kha |

Ken,
What you describe sounds like Data Validation. Check out "Designate valid cell entries" in Excel Help. David "Ken" wrote in message ... Excel 2000 ...
