Default Excel 2003 - Tab Function

Normally when you hit TAB it will move one cell at a time. Currently
when I hit the tab key it will jump to AA. Even if I start a new
document it still jumps to the end of the screen. How can I return
this function to normal?

Tools - Options - Transitions tab - uncheck Transition navigation keys
