Default Help in VBA/Excel 2003 doesn't function

I have Office 2003 pro installed on XP. Everything is fully patched and
updated. When I installed Office 2003 I was careful to select "run VBA
help from computer." However, when I open the help menu for VBA and do a
search for something, the "Select Case" statement for example, and the help
search function displays a list of items matching the search term, clicking
on them doesn't do anything. Help works as it should for Excel commands,
just not for parts dealing with VBA. Somewhere, my installation of VBA
help is snarled, but I can't figure out where.

I've search the archives on google/groups and see others have had the exact
same problem, but there was no resolution or solution posted. Does anyone
know how to fix this problem?

Thanks,

Bill Asher
