I want to create a list with drop down arrows, however, I do not want it to
limit how many items I can select. I type the same data day in day out, so I
want to create a list of this data, so I can just select the items I need
each time, rather than having to type them over and over - any ideas??

See Debra Dalgleish's site for instructions on both your concerns.
