Hi,
You will need to relocate the chart sheets, in 4's, either on to a worksheet or blank chart sheet. When printing each new chart sheet automatically causes a page throw. 1. Select any blank cell in the worksheet and press F11. This creates an
empty Chart sheet to hold the embedded charts. 2. Reactivate your worksheet, click an embedded chart, and select ChartLocation to display the Chart Location dialog box. 3. In the Chart Location dialog box, choose the As Object In option and specify the empty Chart sheet. Excel transfers the embedded chart to your Chart sheet. 4. Select your remaining charts and choose ChartLocation to move them to the Chart sheet. Note that you must move each chart separately. (You can't select multiple charts.) Putting multiple charts on a single chart sheet lets you use the ViewSized with Window command (available when the Chart sheet is active) to scale the charts to the current window size and dimensions. An easier way is to select each graph in turn, and copy a linked picture of
each graph onto one sheet. You can then set up the sheet to print as many graphs as you like per page. To do this... Select a graph, and CTRL+C. Go to a blank worksheet, hold down the SHIFT key, and click on EditPaste Picture. This pastes a linked "picture" of the graph. If your graph changes, so does the picture. Do this for each graph, and resize, position do whatever you like to the pictures so they print how YOU want. Regards, Rob Lepper "Ayo" wrote in message ... 1.
