Default I cannot remeber my Excel password.

I have a password protected Excel spreadsheet that is very, very important.
I upgraded the password to make it stronger. Now I can't remeber what I
cahnged it to. I've tried everything. Stresssss!!!! I really need the
data in the sheet.

If it's password to open then you have a problem and will need to resort to
comercial software like this which i've used with success

If it worksheet protection then that's easier, look here
