Default Problems with "Send to email recipient" in Office 2007

I have a user who is sending an excel 2007 Excel spreadsheet using the "Send
to Email Recipient" function. The spreadsheet sends as the body of the
Outlook 2007 email, however when the recipient opens the email the background
of the spreadsheet is all black. I have sent the spreadsheet the same way
from my outlook and am unable to recreate the issue.

Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions as to why this problem
might be occuring?
