Default Easy menu start

I have three separate workbooks each with five sheets. I would like to
create a simple menu/window that can reside on the desktop. The user would
execute the menu/window and enter a name. Based on the name entry, it would
search each workbook to find the entered name and stop when it finds the
name. Is any of this possible? I'm trying to make it easy for the user to
find the correct workbook and/sheet to enter data. Thank you for any help or
direction you can point me to. I'm using Excel 2003.
