Dear Colleagus,

I am stuck with a problem here and hopefully you can help me out. I am
windows vista user and there are 2 problems to be exact

1- If I open more than 3 Excel worrkbooks, the excel stops working with
message appearing (Excel has stopped working, please click to restart)

2- I have a tool that automatically extracts data from system and place it
in several excel files, opening and closing several excel files one by one.
The problem is that some times while closing the excel, I recieve an error,
that excel has stopped working, please click to close the application.

Please help
