![]() -- im entering serial numbers digits leters and numbers ,but for some reason it seems to calcualte it ,when i change the formatting after i enter on what ive written it turns into hash marks;######### ,,alternatitively the other way --will give something like; 4535345+E ,,,help aprreciated, |

Hi,
The best help I can offer in addition to that supplied is firstly stick to the same thread and secondly can we see some examples of the serial numbers you are entering. Format.... Cells.... Text. Also, its helpful, as already pointed out if you keep in the original thread. Cheers Andrew |
