The formula you wrote works Great in the example, but not in my workbook!!!
I have trying formatting the columns to assure they are all text, with still
no luck!

May I email you my workbook? I've trimmed it down to only 3 rows on 2 sheets.

Further, if data is text, you may extra blanks at front/end of text which
will cause a mismatch.

Look at TRIM function to remove these.
