Default Duplicates

my data is on two different sheets in one workbook (sheet1-A1:A200 and
sheet2- A1:A1096) .
would like to compare the two columns for duplicates and extract to a new
sheet or higlight duplicates in order for further detailed analysis.

thank you
have tried "Extracting Elements Common To Two Lists" on the site, but my
columns have different number of rows, so haven't suceeded yet.
