How do I rotate a whole page in excel to print upside down?

Not sure you can.

How would you know that it was upside down if you accidentally turned

Use headers and footers.
My suggestion would be a header saying TOP and a footer saying BOTTOM this the problem is solved we now know whats the top and whats the bottom. Umm, print to Microsoft Document Image Writer, then rotate to the right
twice, then send to paper printer. Still seems a bit pointless. Tom Hewitt wrote: Use headers and footers.
