How do I rotate a whole page in excel to print upside down?

Not sure you can.

However why not just print it off.... and turn the page around?

How would you know that it was upside down if you accidentally turned

Use headers and footers.

My suggestion would be a header saying TOP
and a footer saying BOTTOM

this the problem is solved we now know whats the top and whats the bottom.

Mind we've still not fixed the printing upside down issue

Umm, print to Microsoft Document Image Writer, then rotate to the right
twice, then send to paper printer. Still seems a bit pointless.
