Default Page Setup

I have an excel file with many workbooks (sheets? Tabs. not sure of precise
nomenclature) that I view in read-only mode. I need to print it. Is there a
way to apply one page setup (page orientation, fit to, header/footer,
margins) to all sheets/books (Tabs)? There are 10, and I really don't want
to go through this for each.

First off you need to group the sheets together. Hold down the control key
and select the sheets that you want to format (you can also use the shift
key). Once you have selected all of the sheets then select File- Page Setup
and make your changes.
