Default Using Check Box to manage Pivot Table PLS!!

Hello!!
I want to manage one pivot table with a "check box" I want to assigned
macros to differents scenarios, so it works when I click and goes back to
normal when I uncliked.
How can I do that? which controls should I used? Form controls Active
Control ??
