This is a reduced example of the complete column and all cells are formatted

One of three things could be happening:
1. You have text rather than actual Excel times in your cells. 2. Your recalculation is set to manual. 3. The autosum is picking up the wrong cells to total (likely because you have a blank line between the last cell and the total). Post back if you need more help after checking these items. Format your totals cell as [h]:mm
