Is it possible to create a link to another worksheet or an external workbook
that would work by simply placing your cursor over a cell, thereby displaying the data as a "pop-up"? If not, how about clicking on the cell and bringing the information up as a form or window? The second data source is an excel spreadsheet (or may be up to 1200 separate spreadsheets) and will be large so I'm thinking it would be more efficient to reference it as a separate data source rather than internally. I simply want to access the information quickly and simply without necessarily having to create a macro to open the source and then split the windows, etc. Thanks, Bill Fort Collins, CO |
