hi

Not for Forms toolbar, only ActiveX

Not AFAIK.

yes for the forms check box. using xl w/o3. as i speak, i have a form up with check box and the property sheet. under font i chick the small square and i have on my screen (as i type) the font format box. i can change font, font style, font size. and i just change the font, made it bold and change the size to 12. that is what the OP asked. sorry. advice stands. Your advice is not valid when adding a checkbox from the Forms Toolbar to a worksheet. It is valid when adding a checkbox to a Userform in VBE I guess now it is up to OP to tell us which.
