I was wondering if there is a command to ask excel to give me the value
$8,990 if % to plan is 100% and compliance falls in 30%

90% $80 $7,990 $798,990
100% $90 $8,990 $898,990
110% $100 $9,990 $998,990
120% $110 $10,990 $1,098,990

Use these as your column header values: 0%, 25%, 35%

Then:

A10 = 100%
B10 = 30%

=VLOOKUP(A10,A1:D6,MATCH(B10,A1:D1))
