Howdy everyone,

I was wondering if there is a command to ask excel to give me the value
$8,990 if % to plan is 100% and compliance falls in 30%

Use these as your column header values: 0%, 25%, 35%

Then:

A10 = 100%
B10 = 30%

=VLOOKUP(A10,A1:D6,MATCH(B10,A1:D1))
