Importing Comments from MS Word

Hello All

While reviewing a document i have recieved 100's comment in a MS word
document. Its very difficult to track these comments in MS Word. I want to
import these comments in a excel sheet. Kindly help me in designing a macro
for the same. This is very urgent. Please please some one help.
