Default sending workbook/sheet to recipient list

good afternoon,

using Vista w/ Office 2007.

i have a worksheet (count) that i want to email to whose email addresses are
in Sheet2 Column A.

without the addin, can a small macro do this, or will it be a larger macro?
or can an recipient array be used to look up the emails on the second sheet?

thank you,

jat
