Default Saving e-mail recipient list in Excel 2003

We just upgraded to Excel 2003 at work (yes, I know) and I have a couple of
spreadsheets that I e-mail out each night. I had been using Excel 2000, and
it saved the recipients each night. I used '03 to open up the '00 file I
created last night and BOOM, no recipients in the "To:" bar. How do I get
the recipients to stay in the file each time I use it. Note: I always open
the previous day's file and "Save As" to create my new file.
